What to do in an emergency!

So what should you do if you find a problem in or on your property? The first thing would be to assess if the particular situation causes a danger to you, your family or the neighbours. If you think there is a danger get everyone out of the house and clear before calling for any assistance, whether it is Bomberos, (fire brigade) Ambulance, Gas, Electric, Water or Liberty Home Assistance.

If there is an electrical, gas or water problem turn them off at the mains. You might want to go and acquaint yourself with the relevant switch off points in advance. You don’t want to be searching around in panic when something has gone wrong, it is better to be prepared and gain all the knowledge you can about your property in Spain when you are calm and relaxed.
